Cancellation Policy
To ensure that you are able to book the trip you are interested in, please contact us for a booking at least 48 hours in advance of tour date.
Rainforest Tours requires a deposit of half the tour cost in order to reserve your requested dates.
Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to tour departure will be charged full tour price. Any cancellation before the 48hours will be reimbursed to the costumer .
Rainforest Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather, insufficient bookings, or events beyond our control. In these events, full refunds or alternate dates will be offered.
We recommend travel insurance for all our guests.
